This new Report marks a new milestone in the evolution of the sustainability strategy developed by Grupo Lucci companies. During its preparation, a double materiality exercise was conducted, which strengthened decision-making, consolidated evidence-based management, and aligned the business’s impacts with our stakeholders’ expectations.
An Updated Sustainability Policy
As a direct result of this process, our stakeholders’ priorities and Grupo Lucci’s own management were reviewed, consolidating a more strategic sustainability agenda and updating the Sustainability Policy, one of the organization’s cross-cutting pillars.

2025 Performance: Key Milestones
Throughout 2025, Grupo Lucci continued to make progress toward tangible and measurable sustainable management. Among Citrusvil’s most significant achievements are:
- Internationally Validated Climate Commitment
In 2025, Citrusvil’s goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 was validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), aligning its management with climate science and international standards.
- Responsible Water Management
In 2025, a reduction of 65,144 m³ in our total water footprint was achieved (-1%).
- Greater Irrigation Precision and Efficiency
Forty-five percent of the productive citrus area operates under drip fertigation systems, allowing for more efficient use of water and nutrients, optimizing yield and reducing impacts.
- Circular Economy and Zero Effluent
For over 15 years, Citrusvil has upheld its commitment to Zero Effluent. In 2025, 600 hectares of citrus plantations were fertigated with treated water from industrial effluents, and 9,397 MWh of renewable energy was generated from the treatment of lemon effluents.
- Biodiversity Conservation
As part of the Protected Productive Landscape Program, Citrusvil preserves 5,615 hectares of native forests, integrating production with the conservation of ecosystems and environmental services.
Among Agroganadera del NOA’s achievements, the following stand out:
- Agricultural Production with a Regenerative Approach
Ninety-nine percent of the agricultural land is managed using no-till farming, promoting soil conservation, reduced erosion, and greater productive resilience.
- Regenerative Livestock Farming and Holistic Management
Through holistic grazing management and land-use planning, 23,100 hectares are meant for regenerative livestock farming, strengthening ecosystem health and long-term productivity.
- Efficient Water Management in Production
More than 2,600 hectares of productive agricultural land are equipped with various irrigation systems designed to optimize the use of available water.
- Energy and Operational Efficiency
Sixty percent of the livestock farming production centers operate using renewable energy, contributing to reduced emissions and more efficient energy management.
- Biodiversity Protection
One hundred and eighty-eight vertebrate species were recorded during the wildlife monitoring conducted at the production establishments, reaffirming our commitment to conservation and responsible land management.
Grupo Lucci’s Impact at the Organizational Level
- Employment and Regional Development
With over 1,090 direct collaborators and approximately 2,500 indirect jobs, Grupo Lucci has established itself as one of the leading private employers in the province of Tucumán, contributing to the economic and social development of northwestern Argentina.
- Impactful Social Investment
Through Fundación Vicente Lucci, Grupo Lucci generated a positive social impact on more than 7,800 children and young people from the rural communities in northwestern Argentina, through education, employability, and community development programs.

“This Sustainability Report reflects how we integrate sustainability into every decision we make and into our production methods. It is the expression of a sustained commitment, with clear priorities and a long-term perspective that guides our management,” noted Agustina Lucci, Sustainability Manager at Grupo Lucci.
The 2025 Sustainability Report was prepared in accordance with GRI and SASB standards and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As in previous years, it is presented in various formats to make it more accessible to different stakeholders.
