This new version represents an evolution in Grupo Lucci’s approach, by more explicitly incorporating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria as a central part of the management model, and aligning its practices with the current global challenges.
In 2026, we updated our materiality survey because we believe that sustainability management requires constant assessment of the context and our stakeholders’ various expectations.
Such update, which we perform every three years, allowed us to more accurately identify the most relevant impacts, risks, and opportunities for the business and its environment, and to strengthen our evidence-based and priority management.
Using all this material, we updated our Sustainability Policy, which serves as one of the cross-cutting pillars of the organization.
Evolving Commitments
The new policy builds on existing lines of work and incorporates new strategic approaches. In the environmental sphere, key initiatives include sustainable agriculture, soil management, efficient water use, circular economy, and action against climate change.
Regarding the social sphere, our commitment to human rights, responsible labor practices, and social investment—channeled through Fundación Vicente Lucci—is reinforced, with a focus on education, employability, and community development.
Finally, with regards to governance, key aspects such as supply chain traceability, animal welfare, and the strengthening of transparency and integrity in management are incorporated.
Responsible Management with a Long-Term Vision
The update to the Sustainability Policy reflects Grupo Lucci’s decision to continue strengthening a business model based on efficiency, innovation, and a commitment to the environment.
Through this new version, Grupo Lucci reaffirms its commitment to creating economic, social, and environmental value in a sustainable manner, contributing to the development of the communities where it operates and to the long-term continuity of its operations.
